Job Description:
Receiving orders from customers.
Confirming customer orders.
Solving transportation problems for customers.
Checking import and export documents.
Providing information to customers via the phone and e-mail.
Coordinating with internal and external departments.
Qualifications:
Male or female, over 32 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
1 - 3 years’ experience of working in an administrative role or logistics function.
Knowledge of import and export processes.
Active personality, service minded and good communication skills.
Good command of English, both speaking and writing skills.
