You are allowed paid sick leave not exceeding: -
(i) ( 30 ) days in each calendar year if hospitalisation is necessary.
An application for sick leave must be supported by a certificate issued by a
registered medical practitioner.
These entitlements, however, do not apply to dental or optical treatment,
maternity care or any sickness or injury which is self-inflicted or which is caused
by your misconduct.
Medical insurance is provided as per Group Policy.
