After finding the suitable solution of received problem, it sends SMS or E-mail to particular user then user will follow the step-by-step instructions and resolve the generated problem in home appliance. Expert system can also send the solution in the form of images. Expert System will decide either that particular person is able to resolve that problem completely or not if not then it will send the list of contacts of his/her nearest area's salesman/vendors/mechanic.
