Discussion: Dominic presented in English and Ms. Chulaporn translated the conversation accordingly in Thai language. The slides shown were in the Thai language. The following was covered: (1) what the Thai law states about bonus payments; the reasons why JTH had been paying mid-year bonuses; do mid-year payments need to continue by Thai law?; and the current performance of JTH to-date (2) the new Performance & Rewards scheme was explained. It was introduced as an implementation for ALL of the Frencken Group of companies, including JUKEN Group. The intention is to have a process that is performance driven and will payout when JTH achieves its budget and the amount of pay out for each employee depends on their performance (3) the previous 2 years bonus payment to all employees in JUKEN Groups was explained, with the majority of employees receiving less than 1 months’ bonus. In the new Performance & Rewards scheme, a target pool of money comprising 1.5x all the employee’s salary for 1 month, will be will be catered for bonus distribution if JTH achieves 100% of their budget at the end of each year (4)
