• Continuously assessing training requirements, source or design training materials as required and to facilitate delivery to ensure all provided courses drives business.
• Providing expertise and leading the coordination, operational activities of delivering product knowledge, selling skills and sales effectiveness training programs throughout the country.
• Designing and editing curriculum for a variety of training material including classroom based solutions.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of course content and making necessary updates to existing materials and delivery approach.
• Soliciting feedback from training participants.
• Developing assessments and evaluation, including writing corrective feedback for joint sales calls
• Tracking and monitoring the development of individuals in the commercial organization
