Job Purpose: Accountable for Filler Sales and Technical support of Sales Staff for the entire Asia territory.
Accountable for preparing and delivering Filler sales quotes as approved by agreed with the Director Sales and Marketing Asia Pacific for the region.
Provide technical support to Sales Staff through the Asia region to assist gaining of new packaging business.
Accountable for ensuring that an Asia customer filling equipment is adequately supported to ensure Rapak continues to be seen as a full service provider.
Act as Account Manager Philippines market to ensure customers in the market received correct support via minimum regular quarterly visits and business is developed.
Manage a Service Engineer and ensure that work flow is planned and efficient.
Support the wider Rapak organisation, through ongoing liaison with Rapak Sales & Marketing, Technical and Product Development personnel as agreed with the Director of Sales and Marketing Asia Pacific and the General Manager Thailand to ensure that the wider company’s vision, financial and non-financial objectives are achieved.
Key Result Areas: • Achievement of planned packaging sales revenue for the Philippines market
• Delivery of sales revenues for the Asian Filler market as agreed with the Director Sales and Marketing Asia Pacific.
• Develop sales opportunities for RAPL technology with both current and potential customers across region working with Sales and marketing staff to progress these opportunities.
• Deliver for the Asia territory, regular monthly reports as agreed with the GM Thailand and Director Sales and Marketing Asia Pacific which cover Filler Market activity as well as annual budget data in a timely manner.
• In liaison with Sales and/or Marketing managers be responsible for all tenders and enquiries re filling systems in Asia region.
• Input into the formulation, agreement and execution of group change programmes, business plans and strategy.
• Effective links with all functions; namely Sales and Marketing, Technical Services, Finance, Operations, and Filler Group to assist Rapak in achieving its strategic and business goals.
