About You:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum High School education with at least 2 years experience in a customer service role preferably in Airport Operations / Travel Agency / Hospitality. You have to be energetic, enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and pleasant personality. Attentiveness to detail, ability to work well in a team and willingness to work in shifts are essential to succeed.
Excellent communication skills in English and Thai is required. Strong knowledge of Amadeus Reservations & DCS preferred but not essential
