In addition to the right of first renewal of the Lease under Clause 5.1, the Lessee shall have right to the second renewal of the Lease Term, without expense, for a further period of 30 (thirty) years or the maximum period permitted by law by serving a notice in writing to the Lessor at least 90 (ninety) days prior to the expiration of the Lease Term on the same terms and conditions of this Agreement (the “Second Renewed Lease Term”).
