Conclusions
This study has shown that a brief yoga program improves
physical and mental symptoms and general health status in
child-care workers. Simple yoga is regarded as a safe method,
since there were no adverse events associated with this
intervention. Home-based simple yoga may be important to
continue with daily practice.
