If you know who your customers are,
this is a very powerful medium. You
get “directly” to them. It’s the best targeted medium. You have complete control over who sees your message.
• Your message can be as long as necessary to fully tell your story. It gets directly into the consumer’s mailbox. If it’s a creative, attention getting mailer, it will usually get read.
• A “silent” medium. Your message is hidden from your competitors until it’s too late for them to react.
