Kid spectrum, Ltd. Is a provider of at-home nursing services for disabled children. They have two high-value employees that are at major conflict with each other. Ronnie, the Director of Clinical Operations, is a highly experienced pediatrician who is well-respected by the company and the employees at the company. Ellen is a highly efficient Administrative Director that understands the importance of maintaining profit for a business. Both employees’ work styles are very different from each other, and yet both of them are totally and completely dedicated to the company. Kid Spectrum’s owner, Matthew Sparks, has asked the Human Resource Manager to find a solution to this problem that keeps the company profitable, while retaining these two key worker’s employment whose interaction is starting to become toxic to the rest of the staff.
