of the winding machine spool changes, it affects the position of the dancer roller and the positional variation of
the dancer roller feedback to the main controller. There is some time delay during this process and it makes the time lag
of Fig. 10. The positional variation of the dancer roller is less than 2mm even if there are large variations in the speed of
the unwinding spool as shown in Fig. 11. The gold wire tension can be kept within this variation and it corresponds to less than 2 * 0.1 g. These results verify the effectiveness of the proposed relative motion controller with minimum
relative error control model.
