My question is:
If we have 5/6 agents talking "EACH DAY" about BSH products, more than 50 calls per agent per day... probably more than the PC's that we have in the SHOPS.....why are they not received a WHOLE TRAINNING from BSH?
Forget the idea to invite 1 or 2 persons... Forget it.

Please to select the most important topics to train them. The topics that you consider that they need to know OBLIGATORY about our products.
I want to receive the proposal. INDEPENDIENT training, in MAY 2016, for them in Call Center offices. Please to check the times that will be better for them and for you to do it correctly.
