S&M: Yes, if policy is active and your password has not been expired then you can access your respective account.
2. If my policy active and my account expire. Can I reset password and access?
S&M: To reset the password, “policy as well as member (insured) record must be active” if either of one is in-active (I) then you cannot reset your password
3. If my policy inactive and my account not expire. Can I access?
S&M: Yes, you can access your account but some of policy records would not be visible i.e ‘Policy Enquiry’ details
4. If my policy inactive and my account expire. Can I reset password and access?
S&M: No, as explained in point 2 “policy as well as member (insured) record must be active”
