9.2 Field Claims
If any Product which is considered as a Defective Product is discovered after such time as a Motor Vehicle or Automotive Component on which the Part at issue has been installed leaves the plant or storage designated by Buyer or such time as the Service Past at issue is installed on a Part or on a Motor Vehicle or Automotive Component, Buyer shall notify Seller of such discovery and both Parties shall deal whit and settle such Defective Product in accordance with the Field Claim Settlement Procedures Manual. Buyer’s claim under this Article 9.2 shall be referred to as the “Field Claim”.
In casa that such Defective Product is judged to fail to meet the Warranty under Article 10.1, Seller shall reimburse Buyer for the costs and expenses incurred by Buyer to make a warranty work on such Defective Product at Buyer ‘s sales network in accordance with the Field Claim Settlement Procedures Manual.
