Hereby the top management would like to officially announced and informed the Daily Team O meeting at 2nd floor meeting room that currently being fixed and scheduled at 10:00am to 11:00am will be changed to 15:00pm to 16:00pm at 2nd floor meeting room effective on 26-6-2014
This changed is to create more efficient and appropriate timing for more involvement and more preparation for all the operational supervisor levels for this meeting as the top management has been tracking this meeting for awhile and found personnel that has been assigned to represent the sections didn’t involve in the meeting and has been giving excuses of not involving the meeting; moreover some didn’t prepare or commit in the meeting that it should be by defeating the purpose and objectives of this meeting.
So in this email I would like to remind all operational supervisor personnel (All Section Supervisors) that have been assigned by your head of dept to involve in this meeting in assuring the involvement without any excuses and prepare your commitment in this meeting as the top management put very much concerned of this meeting efficiency & productivity.
Moreover there is no excuse or reason acceptable at all not to attend this Daily Team O meeting without the advance approval from the top management (GM)
