1. Responsible for providing support in various human 2. resources development functions, which include organization development activities, coordinating and facilitating training to its employees or members and also training & development related administration tasks.
3. Support orientation sessions and arrange on – the – job training for new hires
4. Evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
5. Develop testing and evaluation procedure.
6. Generating a weekly, monthly and yearly HR related reports.
