Operations – 70%
Manage online survey/ assessment administering process & system as assigned;
Contact business partners to resolve online assessments issues;
Mange Assessment Center / partner information, knowledge materials in the company electronic system to ensure the information staying current and up-to-date and in systematic fashion;
Manage Webinar administering process and system and keep records of webinar usage;
Perform administrative support to Head of Operations, MD & Executive Partner;
Provide ad-hoc support to the team as and when required.
Marketing – 30%
Follow up and coordinate with internal staffs for monthly newsletter as per the set timeline;
Assist in preparing marketing event, collecting & follow up information from related-parties (internal & external;
Assist in event invitation process e.g. email invitation to customers, monitor number of attendance, confirmation and registration;
Assist in collecting/establishing marketing database pre & post marketing events;
Attend to marketing administrative support as and when required.
