I have lodged a complaint once before this class. That day I want to eat KFC and then I call to order food, they will deliver the food to me in 30 minutes. But until 30 minutes, the food didn’t deliver to my house. So I call to ask the staff again, and that time KFC was arrived to my home. The staff in phone asked me what I want her to do, I said ‘nothing else, sorry’. And suddenly, the staff in the phone said ‘so you have nothing and why you call to me? Huh’. I reported with her phone number about basic manners of service mind to the manager and eat for free in that meal.
