We are sorry that you have experienced problems with our pay by mobile service. Unfortunately, your transaction experienced an error. Facebook is currently in the process of correcting the impacted transactions. Although they cannot provide you with the original item you had purchased, they will be adding to your Facebook Account Balance in your local currency.

Attached, please find the Refund Request Form. Please fill out the entire form, attach your phone bill, pick a method of repayment, sign and send back the form to us so that we may submit your request for approval as soon as possible.
You must return all required documentation within 2 weeks of placing your dispute.
Please type the required information into the form and return it as a word document to ensure processing errors with your request do not occur.
