Please find the countermeasure to solve the speed & performance problem.
I suppose that you and Mori san are now communicating each other and trying your best.
For TTTC,
Same as TTAP, the speed & performance when it is accessed from overseas, it takes around 1 minutes to open the page.
Please solve this problem also that it is not acceptable for us.
May I ask you to report your progress update every day for us by e-mail until the problem will be solved?
Regarding user manual just revised by your team, I am sorry to say that it did not meet our requests.
We will not request you to revise it again any more and will do by ourselves.
