(1) According to the inspection standards, is each incoming lot checked for the absence of inhibited environmental impact materials?
1.1 incoming inspection record safe keeping 3 year or not ?
1.2 Does it have the instrument for analysis or the outsourcing traders such as XRF and ICP?
1.3 Is the procedure for measuring it with the instrument for analysis etc. clear?
1.4 Are the proofreading of the instrument for analysis and the procedure of the accuracy testing clear?
1.5 Are the proofreading such as the instrument for analysiss and the record of the accuracy testing kept?
1.6 Is there restraint of the evidence of the ICP data etc.
1.7 Is the expiration date of the ICP data etc. managed in one year?
1.8 Is the change management in the material and the process, etc. executed, and is the data guarantee done?
* (2) In the incoming inspection, is the alignment between actual goods and data made using the ICP data and component table in keeping, and is the expiration date checked?
2.1 How do you control environmental impact materials in your purchasing raw materials? Do you have regulation ?
(3) When any recycled material is used for making the goods, are the products checked for the absence of prohibited materials?
(4) Are auxiliary materials and packaging materials also checked for the absence of prohibited materials?
4.1 Have you check indirect material ?
