Assessing Performance
To assess an employee’s performance for People Review:
Start with the employee’s recent DPR ratings for business performance. Consider the trend of sustained performance over the last 2-3 years. For employees who are also managers, you will need to think about their leadership effectiveness as well.
Also consider performance on all competencies, including the five Monsanto Global competencies and relevant functional/technical competencies. Don’t limit your assessment to the critical competencies identified as DPR personal development goals.
