Oh yes Noom
Some technical questions and appreciate your answers...
1) After the bricks are made, it will be left in the sun to cure.
- Direct sunlight or can it be placed under sheltered area e.g. Green House?
2) For the first 3 days after the brick was made, we have to sprinkle water to aid curing.
- How many times must we sprinkle the water per day?
- How much water to sprinkle (until it's dripping from the surface)?
- And, what's the reason behind this process? (this question is for education purpose)
3) On the worksheet provided, under , it says :
- The bricks must be stored correctly (after the first 3 days, we assumed).
- What does it means by 'stored correctly'?
4) It was mentioned that the curing process takes 14 days.
- How do we check if the bricks are ready?
Noom, is it possible to add the pounder when you shipped the brick making machine? We are looking at at least 2 pounders. How much does it costs and what's the weight?
Thank you for taking the time and effort to find these answers.
Cheers!
