I do apologize to inform you urgent update according to 2 containers loaded that our QC is able to release just only one container because of our internal product inspection.
Our QC people checked that one of those 2 containers has cloudy appearance(attached images) coconut water, so after QC and QA found that it caused from saperator process.
Therefore, it will be better off to stop that container and we will make the new production immediately within this week.
Please accept our apology according to this matter, however we are not able to let that product with cloudy condition out of our factory and to consumer hands. Our team will update loading information as soon as possible. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us at all time.
