In this internship, I gained lots of experience, skills and qualifications. In my position I had to help any passenger who needs assistance. I had to be like a real professional in my work:
Punctuality – Everyone must be at work on time, because of the work’s importance. Everyone should come to work place and standby 15 – 30 minute before the start, because we need some time to prepare the computer system to work.
Responsibility – Everybody must be responsible. Helping passengers is very important task.
Grooming –All staff have to take a good care of themselves, have a nice and clean dress, charming personality and positive attitude from start to end.
Communication skills – Because of speaking with passengers, we have to use polite words and a pleasant voice in communication.
