It is with very mixed emotions that we announce that Montruethai (Aom) Keereerat has tendered her resignation from MSD. Aom joined the organization in early 2012 as HR Director, MSD Thailand. During her tenure with MSD, Aom has provided sage counsel to business through on-going transformation efforts across GHH, MRL, Animal Health and the Global Support Functions. She has delivered on a significant number of HR portfolio initiatives that support the on-going evolution of the HR Operating Model at MSD. These include, but are certainly not limited to: legal entity integration, benefits harmonization, Career and Compensation Framework implementation, introduction of the RPO staffing model, the recent launch of myCareer including the introduction of Talent Management to the organization. Aom and the MSD Thailand HR team have worked tirelessly to put in place foundational HR tools to efficiently and effectively support the business. The legacy for, which, Aom can be most proud; however, is building a truly professional dedicated HR organization. The HR team supporting MSD Thailand is committed to service excellence and continuously strives to meet the ever changing demands of the business.
Aom began her career as a consultant with Towers Watson. Prior to joining MSD, she held positions of increasing responsibility across the energy and consumer products industries. While she plans to return to consumer products, she has left a positive impact on the MSD corner of the pharmaceutical industry. Upon Aom’s departure, and until a new HR Director for MSD Thailand is named, Tina Hsu, HR Director for Taiwan/HK/Vietnam, will lead the HR team in Thailand. Tina’s many years of both strategic and operational HR experience will ensure business continuity as well as support to the HR team.
