A similar approach is adopted to define the apical taper and
self-tapping zones. In Fig. 2b the function defining the implant
radius is plotted in the ( , Z) plane, while Fig. 2c reports the
achieved analytical surface that mimics the implant shape in
a standard Cartesian space.
