Assist team lead to manage and supervise the regional sale manager and sale teams including productivity and sale performance reviews to ensure delivery of the business targets according to plan.
Support sales management, developing and presenting business movement to the company management and Regional team
Support sales strategy to accomplish the team target and to develop the sales support strategies to smoother the team operation
Provide advice and support for regional sales manager and sales supervisor's question related to sales processes, sales tools and marketing materials.
Work closely with business operation, collection and distribution service team to ensure the problems are fixed in time.
Develop a daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and management reports.
