Phase pattern analysis is another widely used technique
for surface measurement. The phase pattern analysis
includes the methods of phase stepping, phase shifting
and Fourier transform, etc. A review of Fourier transform
surface measurement is detailed in Ref. [20]. Some phase
pattern analysis methods, such as Fourier transform,
require only one frame image or two frame images of the
deformed fringe pattern on the surface to obtain the 3D
surface structure, so they have obvious advantages for real
time surface measurement. However, the problems and
