All Inners/Dynas were asked to work on a schedule in particular areas whether the task needs to be increased or decreased and submitted to HR.
Energy Saving, Cost Saving, Manpower and Pay Roll, Meals and Uniform Cleaning, need to be concentrated on to see whether the project would have any effect on those areas.
HR presented the implementation plan of a 5 day work week to GM and HUB
The reason why we received an approval for the trial period was because the presentation showed a reduction in operational costs.
The Union then received the information through HR regarding the trial period.
The implementation date was announced effective 15th Feb 2005
