Referring to our management meeting yesterday, please note that the company working hour is 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Kindly emphasize to your staffs to carry out the working time strictly. The company does not allow the staffs to queue in the line at finger scan time recorder before 5.30 p.m.
The company would like for your kind support to keep an eye on and control your staffs to follow the company regulations strictly not only the working hour, but also other regulations.
The disciplinary action can be taken, if the staff does not adhere to the regulation. I will send the disciplinary action form to you in separated email.
