beginning and end date of event;
event location;

country and region of origin and animals to be brought to the event;
name and contact details of the veterinarian who examines the health and conformity to veterinary requirements of the animals brought to the event as well as the animals’ well-being during the event;

Processing of notice
The local agency of the Veterinary and Food Board shall keep record of events taking place in its supervision-related territory, and shall register notices that conform to the requirements and are submitted during the term.
In the case of risk of animal disease, the Veterinary and Food Board may prohibit the transport of certain species of animals to a single event or the use of such animals at public events. The organizer shall be notified thereof promptly and if necessary the public shall be notified as well via mass media channels. The event organizer shall, after learning of a prohibition on bringing together certain animals or use of such animals in events, notify event participants accordingly.
