I've been waiting for this purchase for one and a half month. I understand from call center operator that the product is not delivered by supplier and this exceeds time period Lazada agree with supplier. The supplier should have notified the buyer in advance if they cannot deliver the product, not after 1 1/2 month after making an order. After making an order, I received e-mail from Lazada that the product is under delivery process. However, the call operator seem to imply the product was never delivered in the first place. Lazada should have process to monitor this to make sure that the product is really shipped and delivered after making an order and that the supplier is in capability to deliver what they sell on your website. Im very disappointed with Lazada. As first time user, this is the first and only time i will use lazada.
