I have a penthouse condo on floor 26 of 59 Heritage on Sukhumvit Soi 59 (dead end street 5 minutes walk to Thonglor BTS), that I am interested in selling. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit with open-plan living/dining/European kitchen; with maid room/bathroom and external Thai kitchen. The unit is c 148m with 4m high ceilings and uninterupted City views. It is un-furnished and has not been lived in to date, so is ready for decorating and fit-out to a purchasers taste. I had intended living there, but due to the financial downturn in Europe post 2009, I recolcated back to Europe and it seems am likely to be tied down here for the forseeable future. Some co-owners have decorated their similar size units by putting in maezzanine levels which added additional space. I put the unit on the market about 6 months ago using the in-house agent Akando (who have a representative on site) and Knight Frank. They have both had a number of viewings, but no offers to date. We initially had an asking price as suggested of THB 18m and subsequently reduced it to THB 15.8m.
