After determining the reaction effect,the grafting ratio and the change of keratin macromolecular particle size were used as the measurement indexes to optimize thegrafting modification technology. The modification mechanism oflipoic acid on keratin was obtained by analyzing the changes ofchemical structure and macromolecular aggregation form of modified keratin. Finally, the thermal and mechanical properties of themodified films were analyzed to verify the effect of lipoic acidgrafting modification technology on enhancing the applicationvalue of keratin regenerated materials.
