CONCLUSIONS
More patients who received pharmaceutical care
had controlled blood pressure as compared to the
group of patients using standard pharmaceutical
services. The pharmaceutical care also had positive
effect on the patients’ knowledge about disease.
Moreover, pharmacists, who provide
pharmaceutical care improved their
pharmacotherapy knowledge and had better
satisfaction from their work.
