1. Select a water reservoir and get to know the species
Research sites
A critical water reservoir (for example, ponds, rivers, lakes) should be considered. At first, the experimenters need to conduct a survey by observation on the usage of the reservoir, water steam direction, environment of reservoir, plant species, etc. Next, you have to gather all information and discuss to get a conclusion - where to collect the plant? Do not forget to set a scientific hypothesis
to define the scope and objective of performing the experiment.
Layout plan: we would suggest you to collect 9 samples from 9 research areas presented by green squares on the layout plan.
