Just would like to bring to your attention the following issues caused by Eagle new version upgrade in case you’re not aware of this because these issues did not occur when using the old version. On top of this, these issues have been our ongoing issues since we got upgraded November last year.
We have been in contact with your implement team (Khun Pinun) since the beginning but no progress and not successul. In fact, he does not know what the issue came from and said that it came from our server.
I also checked with Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit and they are having the same issues regardless of having their server upgraded. As all SW hotels in Thailand using Eagle though they have not implemented these manpower requisition module, I think that it is very important for your implement team to do this right without causing any hiccups to your clients. Appreciated your prompt response to my email and having the following issued fixed as soon as possible.
Issues :
1. Slow in logging in Eagle Web Self.
2. Slow in approving manpower requisition process. To give you an example how slow of approving manpower requisition, one manpower requisition took 6 minutes for system to refresh itself to the next requisition. In average, myself, FC and GM will need to approve many requisitions and we used to spend at least 30 minutes to approve 5 requisitions which is unacceptable.
3. When requesting manpower requisition, it takes more than 10 seconds to take a process to another step after clicking Apply.
