Use team webbing as a follow-up to reading a novel or a biography. Assing a different character to each team as the topic of their web so that as teams. rotate they write their ideas about a different character each time. How do you think the webbing affects their reflection? What kinds of questions do they raise? What can you have students do with the completed webs?
Have students use the team- webbing strategy as a prereading activity in a content-area unit and then do it a gain ( adding to the same webs) after completing the unit
