The problems that I found in Rayong mostly related the clients in production e.g. Ultra sonic software upgrade, phoenix software upgrade and label printers.
because we don't know how to check when we get the error message. When the software not running.
The ultra sonic we have now they're really old. Some time error. I would like to know how can we improve the client or replace by the new machine. And maintenance should also support us for trying to solve the problem together. For me I think that it's a big issue because it's related with the production.
