Human Resource is the most essential part of Economic Development
or it can be said that they are the representative of development.
Human resource development (HRD) is an important constituent for
growth and economic development. It is concerned with both the
nationwide level and the organization wide level. The development
of HRD of a nation is dependent on the government and national
policies of the nation, even as at the organizational level HRD is
concerned on training, career planning etc. and maximum utilization
of human resources.
Human Resource Development also helps in developing the key
competencies of employees that allow individuals in organizations
to perform current and future jobs, through planned learning
activities and facilities groups within organizations initiate and
manage change. It is essentially a strategic process, which is
concerned with convention of both business and individual needs.
