Again please do not open a case if we don't respond right away. Unfortunately once a case is open they are usually open for up to 25 days, and ends up being a lose/lose situation. This is time consuming for both parties and takes Paypal up to a month to get anything figured out. Please contact us directly and with the use of no intermediary we can help you a lot faster.
2. The delivery time on the website is the average delivery time, and can take longer or shorter depending on the manufacturer. Most orders do, and will, come back in the estimated delivery time, but in rare instances it can take longer. Please remember this is not an exact timeframe and as stated in the terms and conditions, it can take longer than the stated delivery time. Please feel free to contact us as frequently as you would like to make sure the code is processing! We are happy to let you know how far along it is. If you can help it, Please ***do not open a case/claim in paypal because of wait time***, it will unfortunately only drag things out for weeks. 99% of the time it will be much quicker and more efficient if you check in with us and patiently wait for the code to be generated and sent to you.
