- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s technical underwriting, claims and insurance reporting standards.
- Development, implementation and maintenance of new and existing products and pricing.
- Contribute to tender documents and provide product/pricing and technical solutions to aid sales team to acquireprofitable business.
- Prepare and provide technical underwriting input into marketing materials, website content and fulfillment materials such as policy wording, certificate of insurance, fulfillment email content, and policy schedule.
- Liaise with IT team to ensure that website solutions meet insurance technical requirements and produce accurate quotations.
- Undertake periodic technical and profitability reviews.
- Assist in improving pricing models.
- Assist in managing local fronting insurance partner relationships.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of new and existing products/schemes, including.
- Assist clients to choose names for their schemes and design sales material for different purposes.
- Contribute to the development of training material for various purposes / groups.
- Coordinate with clients and the company’s Underwriting / Legal Department to finalize relevant contracts and support the contracts signature process.
- Coordinate with Finance Department to prepare monthly management reports to clients and fronting partners.
- Assist to address inquiries from clients’ IT Manager / Admin / sales staff about IT applications.
