5.1. Organic part sorting Firstly, the objective is to separate organic and mineral fractions in order to be recovered: mineral part as rubble in class III landfill centre and organic part as a component of SRF. Empirical tests led, at the beginning of the GISEMENT project (described bellowed), have shown that this is mainly composed of wood and polystyrene.
