This study was descriptive correlation research. The objective of this study was to examine relationship among health literacy, severity of disease, patient engagement, perception of person-centered care and quality of life in patients with coronary artery bypass graft surgery. This sample consisted of 94 patients who followed up at Central Chest Institute of Thailand. Data were collected by interview through research instrument: Sociodemographic data and clinical profile, Health literacy questionnaire, Patient activation measure, Consultation care measure and Medical Outcome Survey Short-Form 36. Data was analyzed by Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient.
