Papaya tea (Detox in intestine)
Ingredients
- Half Papaya
- Tea leaves
- 3 liters of water
How to do?
Wash the Papaya, then cut into pieces and boiled in 3 liters of water for 3 minutes. Scoop out the water then put tea leaves 1 handful. Do not put it over 5 minutes because of tannin in tea leaves will come out. (If tannin is too much you will get Constipation and Insomnia.)
