On the good side of Genghis, we see a more political man, other than his regular warmonger self. One of the most contributing things he did to grow his empire, other than seizing the surrounding areas, was promoting trade and creates laws throughout his mighty rule. One of the laws he created was the seizing of conquered area’s women (n.d. 2). As he did this throughout his rule, it affected later rulers of the Mongols from snatching conquered women, which in Eurasia made a huge difference in all of his campaigns. As his rule continued, the Mongol Empire evolved as he continued to progress the amount of currency they had and all the many things they acquired from them trading.
