Clause 2The tenant agrees to lease the premise as stated in Clause 1 for the period of 1 year commencing from 27 January 2015 to 27 January 2016
Clause 3 The Tenant agrees to pay a monthly rent including the first month which shall be payable in advance within the fifth (5th) day of each month for the entire lease period through;

Clause 4The tenant agrees to pay for electricity and water bills. The receipt for such payments shall be handed to the owner on the next payment date of the month after.
Clause 5 The tenant agrees to pay security deposit to the owner for the total amount of THB 16,000 in 2 times. The tenant shall pay the first security deposit at THB 8,000 on the signing date and the second deposit at THB 8,000 shall pay on 1st March 2014. The security deposit shall be returned to the tenant upon termination of the tenancyand after the tenant has returned the premisesin a condition identical to that which existed when the tenant took occupancy with no damages to the premises and have no outstanding balance.
