In August last year following the split from the Sara Lee environment, we announced the re-activation of periodic password expiration for your DEMB AD Domain accounts
Now the time has come for you to start changing your passwords and we are seeing some issues. Please take note of the following additional advice to reduce the chance of interruption to your services or your account being locked out
• Take note of additional places aside from your PC the password may be stored (e.g. AirWatch / mobile phone email access). You must also change the password in these places, see below
• Reset your password at a time support is available in case anything goes wrong, 8.30am – 5pm weekdays
• Don’t reset your password on the VPN (AT&T Global Network Client), do it from the office
• Restart your PC following your password reset
